After graduating from Texas A&M University, Chad spent ten years in corporate sales before discovering his true passion for helping people find their perfect piece of land. In 2006, he joined Lone Star Land Partners, and he hasn’t looked back since. Chad finds great joy in guiding people through the land-buying process, helping them turn their dreams of land ownership into a reality in one of Lone Star's exceptional communities. Kyle Puckett

Kyle joined our team after a successful 15-year career as a private business owner, where he gained invaluable experience in delivering exceptional customer service. He had already spent four years working part-time in land sales, and making the transition to full-time was an easy decision. "The opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives every day was a major motivator for me," Kyle says. Known for his warm and approachable nature, Kyle takes great pride in building strong, lasting relationships with his clients. A true Texan at heart, he lives locally with his wife, two dogs, a cat, and a growing "family" of well-fed neighborhood deer.

Michael Barreiro

Michael is an experienced land consultant with a passion for helping buyers find the perfect land for both investment and personal use. With four years of experience in land sales, including a successful run as a top producer at a previous company, Michael has earned a reputation for his in-depth market knowledge and client-focused approach. After graduating from Texas State University in 2020, he quickly applied his skills to the land industry, achieving impressive results and building a loyal client base. Rob Taute

Rob Taute joined Lone Star Land Partners in 2015 and quickly became the top salesperson for his project just a year later. Before transitioning into land sales, Rob spent nearly 20 years in the IT and professional services industry in Central Texas, where he honed his skills in customer service and problem-solving. He now brings that unique experience to help his clients find their perfect Hill Country dream home. Outside of work, Rob is deeply involved in sports, coaching baseball and football, including teams with his four children - Tyler, Jake, Coby, and Kaila. Rob is a proud graduate of Southwest Texas State University.
